 SWRC is partnering with Kids Racing For Kids again in 2010. KRFK is a foundation built on helping local childrens charities. Tim Glasson of Frozen Fire Films has pledged $400 to the charity for each SWRC event weekend. Our goal is for racers to match the funds. If each racer donates $5 at each event we will be very close to meeting this goal. New for 2010 is online registration. There is a sales item in the online registration if you would like to donate when you register for a race.
You can also become a KRFK member. Membership is $20 and includes a hat, t-shirt and decals. Join KRFK, put the decals on your kart and become a KRFK Team Member! Membership can be purchased online or from Tim Glasson at the track.
Part of the awards ceremonies this year will include the presentation of money raised to local charities. The SWRC series looks forward to an exciting year of racing in 2010 with a Storm chassis give-a-way, free race entries and also looks forward to helping local childrens charities.
