The 2011 rules have now been posted and can be viewed on the Rules page. The series spec tire is MG yellow compound for all classes except the Rotax Challenge classes that will use Mojo D2 tires. Note that there is a new spec oil for the Rotax Challenge classes Rotax XPS Kart Tec oil. There have been several changes to the Chonda class, yellow and red sealed and unsealed engines will be allowed along with the new CL1 cam and the RLV muffler - see the SWRC website Rules Page for complete rules.
Registration is now open for the 1st & 2nd rounds of the 2011 Southwest Regional Cup Series which will be held at Oklahoma Motorsports Complex in Norman, OK April 1-3. The track will be open for practice Friday April 1st from 10am to 5:30pm.
 All 2010 and 2011 racers are invited to attend the 2010 Year End Banquet Saturday night at Sooner Legends Inn & Suites. Sooner Legends will be serving their famous BBQ. All racers attending will be eligible for the door prize drawings. A Storm chassis will be given away to a 2010 SWRC racer, must be present to win. So plan on attending the Banquet to honor the 2010 racers and celebrate the opening event of the 2011 SWRC race season.
